Skyward Q Login Issues - Guardians
This article provides troubleshooting steps for guardians who are unable to log in to Skyward Q Family Access.
Symptoms:
Guardian cannot log in to Skyward Q Family Access
Guardian does not remember their username
Guardian does not remember their password
Guardian needs access to complete re-enrollment or check student information
Troubleshooting Steps:
Go to the Skyward Q Family Access login page
a. Navigate to sis.responsiveed.com.
b. Guardians must log in using a username and password combination.
c. The Google and Bright Thinker buttons are for student/staff use only.
Use the password recovery option
a. Select Forgot your Username or Password? on the main login screen.
b. Enter the guardian email address when prompted.
c. The guardian will receive an email with their Skyward Q Family Access username and instructions on how to reset their password so they may log in.
Check for the email and follow up if needed
a. If the email does not arrive within 5 minutes, check the junk/spam folder first.
b. If the email is still not received, contact the student's campus directly and ask the front office staff to resend the Family Access email.
c. The Family Access email will include the guardian username at the top and a link further below to reset the Skyward Q Family Access password.
Contact Service Desk if the issue continues
a. If the guardian is still unable to log in after following the instructions in the email, contact the RES Service Desk for additional assistance.
