SchoolMint Login Issues - Guardians

This article provides troubleshooting steps for guardians who need help accessing their SchoolMint account.

Symptoms:

• Guardian cannot log in to SchoolMint
• Guardian needs to create a SchoolMint account
• Guardian forgot their password
• Guardian did not receive the password reset email
• Guardian needs to continue or complete a student application

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Go to the SchoolMint login page
   
   a. Navigate to
   https://responsiveed.schoolmint.com/login
   b. Use this page to open a new student application for a ResponsiveEd campus or to continue an ongoing application.
   
   
2. Create an account if needed
   a. Select Create an account if you have not already set up a SchoolMint account.
   b. Follow the account creation process to create your profile and add a student.
   c. For more information about creating an account, refer to SchoolMint - Creating a Parent Account.
   
3. Log in to an existing account
   a. If you already have a SchoolMint account, log in using your email address/phone number and password.
   b. If your account was created using Google or Facebook, use the matching option on the right side of the login screen to access your SchoolMint profile.
4. Reset the password if needed
   a. If you are unable to log in using your email address/phone number and password, select Forgot password?
   b. Follow the prompts to have a password reset email sent to you.
   c. Allow up to 5 minutes for the password reset email to arrive.
   
5. Contact Service Desk if the issue continues
   a. If you do not receive the email after 5 minutes, contact the RES Service Desk for further assistance.
